Domestika IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. Domestika having laid out their defence of their cleverly conceived end executed scheme, simply reinforce my claim that it is a scam. For a contract to be legally binding, there must have been a 'MEETING OF THE MINDS' at the point of contract. The fact that so many (thousands?) of us (see the reviews) discovered we had been charged for something we knew nothing about, means that, by impossibility, there can have been no MEETING OF THE MINDS at the point of contract. Therefore, there is no legally-binding contract. Therefore, Domestike had NO CHOSE IN ACTION to deduct monies. Therefore, by continuing their false claim, the executive officers of Domestika, assume full commercial and personal liability for their pre-meditated acts. Time for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
