Pickup was Miserable for Self-Parking lots. I texted for a shuttle and then called to followup with call center assured me that a shuttle was on the way. Talked to one of the WallyPark Garage drivers and was told they would send a shuttle. WallyPark was the only one that did not have a regular shuttle going to the Self Parking, but there were 8 shuttles to the Garage. Just a miserable experience. One of the drivers Abdul agreed to take us to the Self Park, after dropping others off at the Garage.
