No one there
We have had issues before and did this time as well with employees being at the facility when they are supposed to be. This time it was allegedly due to an emergency, but this is not the only time we have had a time set up to pick up our unit and there be no one there. I will give credit though, that eventually I was able to speak with someone and could pay for our unit at another location and get the codes needed. I had to do extra driving and spend extra time taking care of this, but at least I was able to get it done.
