Everything that could have went wrong…
Everything that could have went wrong went wrong. The entire process took just that five months when I was told it was going to be a streamlined process. I had to send in documents that I had already sent in repeatedly. Nothing was done in a timely manner. I continually had to ask for updates and when the updates did come, I was told, oh I need one more Document. I was told one rate at the beginning, but because it took so long on new days end i had to go with another right that was higher. So you didn't honor the original right? When the holdup was not because of me. I have financed a couple times prior to this and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. If it was not for me, already borrowing. from my 401K. Prior to the original promised closing period with the lower rate, I would have canceled the whole process.
