I rate this store very poorly
I rate this store very poorly. I waited for my order for more than a month, but I never received it. I contacted the store to ask where my phone case was. I was informed that the item was currently out of stock, and they offered me a 20% discount for waiting. I refused to wait any longer and requested a full refund. The store representatives told me that the money would be refunded to my bank account within 5–10 business days. However, three months have already passed, and I still have not received my money. Despite contacting the store several times, I keep receiving the same response – that the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. As a result, I ended up with neither the product nor my money. In my opinion, customers should be very careful when purchasing from this store to avoid experiencing the same situation as I did.
