Our experience with Hotel Planner has gone totally sideways. We requested a king and parking as it showed online with the hotel and were told the price would be $286. We agreed and paid. Our card was charged for $286. When the confirmation came through it was for 2 queens at $54 more than we agreed to ($340) AND it wasn’t the room we requested. Our card was charged again. As we called the company multiple times to fix this we found out that it didn’t even include the parking and there wasn’t a continental breakfast which we had also been told was at the hotel during our calls. We called 9 + times as the calls kept getting dropped and one person hung up on us when we pursued speaking to a supervisor. In the meantime, our card was charged by this company a third time for $296 and we had to cancel our credit card as we didn’t approve these. I finally was able to contact one person who understood the issues and put in a request for our parking to be refunded as we were originally told it was included. That request seems to have been ignored as the link to the page says that it cannot be found. We are still working with this company for a refund for the parking that we had to pay at the hotel. Our hotel was great, but they also had to call this company several times to get the money from this sale. The credit card on file wouldn’t work and so our card kept getting pinged and the hotel had to give us refunds twice. But they had the reservation correct as a king bed. And the actual charge for the room was $232 with $45 more for parking. Yet we were charged $100 more with no parking included. We called and called this company but the reservation on their end was never updated. It has been 3 weeks and we are still trying to get this resolved. All we need is our $45 for parking refunded. We had to pay it at the hotel so we’ve technically paid it twice. Please note that we were told several different stories and were not allowed to talk to a supervisor. We were told they were only available by email. We are still waiting for the parking issue to be resolved as we have now paid twice for parking. Once to hotel planner.com and the hotel. I have sent an email again. Waiting for a response. Do not use this company. The hotel is even trying to make sure that they cannot be booked through this again. We still have no idea how we ended up booking through them. The reservation was never correct. Although I do think the first girl did it correctly except for the parking.
