I spoke with Katie to discuss a noted past due because of a draft date change. Katie was very kind, professional and helpful in putting me at ease over our draft date change. She also assisted me with other information regarding questions I had about steps to be taken due to our bank being bought out by another bank. She’s a keeper, for sure! Thank you.
