I would give them a 0 if I could. This company is a complete scam! Stay far away. I paid over $100 for ESA documentations for my new apartment back in October 2025. I have yet to receive those documentations. It showed that the documents were shipped however several days went by without getting it in the mail. I reached back out to let them know that I was worried about the documents getting to me on time given that I was moving into a new apartment and they were asking for it. They told me to send them my new address and they would re-route it to my new address. I still have yet to receive my ESA documentation. It is July 2026. My new apartment building changed property management companies and they are now asking me to produce documentation for my pet. So I decided to reach back out and ask what is going on. 1.) They said they sent it out already and the address they had was INCORRECT. It was a combination of my old address and new address. 2.) They said they need me to PAY for them to ship a replacement. Why the hell would I give them another dollar? And what the hell are they replacing if I never received my documents? I can understand if I misplaced the documents or if I lost the documents but that’s not the case at all. They’re a scam. Don’t fall for it!
