Hers overcharging and lying
I joined hers and thought that it was a certain price. Then they charged me $39 for a membership and $149 for medication for the first month. Then I found out it would be $149 for both the next month, for a total of $298. I called customer service and they were completely unhelpful and had no explanation or solution. I feel scammed and lied to. They should be truthful if they actual wanted to help people and not just make money. Stay away from hers unless you want to pay $298 a month.
