1 star I had a very disappointing experience with GamsGo. I purchased a Spotify Premium subscription for my existing account. It worked for only one day before I was removed from the Family plan. The seller then offered me a completely different Premium account instead of restoring Premium on my own account. That was not what I paid for. I specifically purchased a subscription for my existing account, not a replacement account. I made it clear several times that I did not want a new account, but my refund request was repeatedly denied. Based on my own experience, I suspect this is related to Spotify's increasing enforcement of Family plan restrictions. If that is the case, then offering another Family account is not a real solution, as the same issue could happen again. This is my personal conclusion based on what happened to my account. The seller was polite and responsive, so I don't believe this was an intentional scam. However, I don't think customers should be expected to accept a completely different account when the advertised service can no longer be provided. A refund would have been the fair solution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend GamsGo based on my experience.
