⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE In my personal experience, this company’s billing practice is extremely disappointing and feels completely unfair. I made an initial payment thinking I was paying for the service I needed, but later discovered that US$49 had been automatically charged as a recurring subscription every 28 days. When I contacted them and requested a refund, they refused and simply pointed me to their terms and conditions. I have also seen many other customers reporting similar experiences with unexpected recurring charges. This feels like a scam to me. Taking people's hard-earned money through unexpected recurring charges and then refusing to refund it is extremely unethical and unacceptable. That US$49 may not seem like a lot to a company, but for an ordinary person it can be money saved for food, bills, or other essential expenses. Companies should understand the real impact that an unexpected deduction can have on someone's family. I hope this company takes responsibility and starts treating customers fairly.
