I truly enjoy Lilysilk’s products and keep coming back, but inconsistent shipping is the main reason I don't order more often. Since I've had packages stolen from my stoop in the past, I have to be hypervigilant whenever a delivery is on its way. This stress is compounded by unreliable delivery notifications and poor communication from the carriers—which is lackluster at best.
