I contacted support three times about issues with my treatment plan, and JL was the only one who truly helped me. My photos kept getting rejected, so she took the extra step of joining a video call and patiently guided me on how to take them correctly. Our call lasted over 30 minutes I think, and she stayed calm, professional, and helpful the entire time. I even asked to speak with a supervisor so I could commend her, but was directed to this review instead. JL is a great asset to your team. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me!
