I’ve sent money to a Vodafone number in Ghana.I added a message for the recipient. I got fast the message that the process was successful. I called the recipient, he got the message but not the money. I wrote the customer care center , they replied me were investigating and will updated me as soon as the mobile operator replies. Your job is to assure your service works and that the money you take should cover hypothetic professionalism .. Update: problem solved totally. The mobile operator unlocked the money. Thanks
