Avoid this service and buying from China
If I could leave a lower rating, I would definitely do this. The most unsupportive, fly by night, group of amateurs. When you contact them for support, they send out 2 generic emails. 1 saying the below: Hi Dear, Sorry to hear that. 17TRACK is a free package tracking platform to view shipping info in one place. We are not a shipping company or your seller. Therefore, We won’t involve the delivery or selling. Our tracking information is directly synchronized with the carrier's tracking website. If the carrier does not update the tracking information, we are unable to get additional information, either. Your package was DELIVERED based on the tracking number you provided. If you don’t have received your package, we suggest that you should contact your seller or the first/last shipping carrier China Post for further delivery information and receipt of your package. Their official website and contact information are below, please contact them directly to solve the problem for you. And the second one asking that you leave positive feedback. When my parcel is lost in the ether and you don’t help me acquire that item, even when it has been handled by yourselves as a tracking service, please don’t expect positive feedback.
