Please stay away from this platform
This was, by far, the worst real estate Continuing Education platform I've ever used. The course requires you to spend a minimum amount of time on every individual page before you can continue. On the surface, that sounds reasonable—it encourages students to actually review the material instead of clicking through. The problem is that the course content and the required time are completely out of sync. I expected that by the time I had accumulated the required course hours, I would also be close to finishing the material. Instead, after logging the required time, I was only about halfway through the course. That meant I still had hours of content left to complete, making the entire experience far longer than advertised. The platform feels outdated, inefficient, and frustrating to use. Rather than focusing on learning, I found myself constantly waiting for timers to expire before I could move on. It turned what should have been a straightforward CE course into an unnecessarily time-consuming process. I've completed real estate CE through other providers, and this was easily the least user-friendly experience. I would not recommend 360training for real estate continuing education and will be choosing a different provider in the future.
