The coffee is great, customer service is just as great!
The coffee is great! I have it every day at work and have multiple cups throughout the day. Recently I traveled for a few weeks and just had the coffee provided at the hotel and seminars and I could feel the afternoon crash. I drink my coffee black, no cream or sugar, so I know it’s not something else and as soon as I was back in the office with my routine of Dose I didn’t have my afternoon crashes anymore. Recently one of my orders arrived damaged and Emily reached out and sent me a replacement and skipped my next order for me so all I had to do was reply to a couple of emails over the course of twenty minutes and everything was resolved. Can’t ask for a better product or a better care team.
