FRAUD! DO NOT BUY
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed order #FF744616S on June 7. When it became clear the bag wouldn't arrive in time for my trip, I contacted customer service to ask for a status update and requested that the order be shipped as soon as possible. I received no meaningful response. After waiting even longer, I emailed again to cancel the order because it had still not shipped. Their policy states that unshipped orders can be cancelled, yet my cancellation request was ignored. As of July 25, I still have not received the bag or any helpful response regarding my order or cancellation request. What makes this even more frustrating is that while my order inquiries and cancellation requests went unanswered, the company continued sending me multiple marketing emails every day. They seem to have no problem filling my inbox with promotions but can't respond to paying customers. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable way to treat customer.I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
