Terrible customer service and just keep lying in order to do minimal work. Been waiting for a deposit refund for over 1 month... Also owed a simple refund for over 2 weeks... Please avoid using hertz They always want things there way.. Wether it be £41 for a an email described as admn charge... Or holding your deposit to ransom for over a month they will frustrate lie and simply take advantage of their customers... Very greedy and very expensive for the minimal amount of customer service... Disgusting and disgraceful... I've changed company and have a good experience elsewhere
