absolute worst experience i've ever had trying to receive a shipment. The delivery was never attempted at my apartment. They tracking site simply says "parcel inbound success at the parcelshop" without any contact info or address for pickup. I reached out to 17track to advise on next steps, only received an autoreply to leave this review. Now the tracker says item being returned to sender. Absolutely pathetic
