Their services this year have been terrible! I sent them a return the beginning of June 2026, they confirmed it was received and would take a few days to review. Well, it is August 1, 2026. I have yet to receive a credit or a response to several of the emails I have sent them for follow up. Perhaps NEW management structure is needed with EZContacts! Yaya Zeigler.
