Scammers!
We unfortunately are unable to make the trip because my wife was in an accident and is suffering from the affects of a concussion. You and the airline refuse to refund any of the $700. we paid for tickets!! Even though you clearly will resell the tickets and recoup any loss you may have (temporarily) incurred! THIS IS BULLSHIT! We will NEVER use your services again and will advise others to do the same! Y'all are a bunch of scammers! PERIOD!!!
