No customer service response
I’m not giving this a low rating because of the product itself—I couldn’t fully evaluate it for the purpose I intended because it turned out not to be the right fit for my needs. It may very well be an excellent product for what it was designed to do. My low rating is based on the customer service experience. As soon as I realized the product was not what I needed, I contacted the company before putting it into real use and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response or a refund. I believe companies should give customers a reasonable opportunity to opt out and receive a refund when it becomes clear that a product is not the right fit, especially when they reach out promptly and have not meaningfully used the product. Improving customer service and responsiveness would go a long way.
