Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. If you have any problems, don't expect a resolution that you like. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of fragrances from them. I suggest that you go with another company. There are plenty out there. The fragrances were fine. Slightly overpriced compared to fragrancenet.com, Scents of mood, and scentsplit as just a few examples. I purchased a full bottle and it was expired by several years. I paid $33 and they asked me to ship it back before they would give me a refund! I gave them the batch code took pictures and everything. They doubled down on the return. As you may know you are not supposed to return fragrances that are supposed to be taken out of circulation because they could be resold. I was treated very poorly with no signature in emails and lots of typos. Seemed like a one-person shop to me.
