I really love my outdoor rug, but ... I'm listing my issues.
I love my outdoor rug, and I paid a fair price for it. However, I have a few problems with Rugs Direct. 1. They send constant email updates about the order. When you click "View Order," you have to go back to enter the purchase number. This is aggravating. 2. There were no updates on the order, yet the same email was sent almost every day. 3. The outdoor pad suggested for use under the rug didn't have a clear image on the website, so it was difficult to judge. I ordered it anyway, but what I received was a large, cheap-looking plastic pad that I'm sure is durable and will prevent slips. I could have gotten that elsewhere for a better price since it cost about the same as the rug. I'm sure it'll be just fine, but I wish they were more transparent about the quality and material. 4. While I received the outdoor pad weeks early, it took a very long time to receive the carpet itself, and the delivery date kept changing. In summary, I love my rug, and I was able to cut the rug pad to the exact shape with scissors alone. Rugs Direct needs to cut down on their automatic emails, particularly when there's nothing to report. Also, when you click on the provided link to view orders, it should automatically take you to the order without requiring you to enter the order number.
