Placed an order and waited for over two weeks. All I got is AI support, to a point I ask for human, still AI responded. I also asked will the next following shipment be adjusted based on actual first shipment date, obviously no relevant answer from AI. I yet to try the product yet already disappointed with the company service level. I need resolution not pet talk from AI.
