Scam artists - won't let you cancel, won't refund you either
Scam artists. I no longer use their templates and so I logged in to cancel. I tried and it kept giving an error message. I selected to downgrade to their free account - great, it showed their was no payment due. A few days later, the yearly payment leaves my account! No worries, ill reach out to their customer service team and explain... nope, got told their was no refunds to ensure 'fairness' to their customers!? Ive tried again to cancel the subscription and its still giving me the same error! Looks like a chargeback through the bank it is
