Way too expensive for what it does
I have been using their services for years and when it came time for renewal I didn't receive any warning beforehand that they would charge me 500 pounds for a 2 year plan. They charged the maximum amount for my incredibly simple website, and they had the audacity to send me discounts afterwards of 50% via email. Now it says that it will take 45 business days to reach a decision which I'm not hopeful for. I have a few friends that are using wix as well; I will make sure we all switch to another website builder if they don't right this wrong. In this day and age where AI can make the webiste for you in seconds, customer service should be the most important in retaining users. I see Wix is still living in the past with their abysmal client support.
