The bots are ridiculous and redundant
The bots are ridiculous and redundant. I provide the issue and get the same response. Beware..when you sign up there's a box to check if you want auto-renewal. I didnt check that box. And guess what...the customer service rep said that ALL plans are auto renewal. I have some bills to pay using this card and when I do I will be canceling my card.
