HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When we arrived our code would not work. The attendant was very nice, clearly saw pass was valid, so let us entered. Upon leaving, once again the code would not work. But this attendant would NOT let us out, even though it was clearly a valid ticket. Texted her manager, who said we would have to pay again and we "might" get a refund. So I paid. Got home and emailed manager who said "corporate accounting department" has turned down my request. Just to be clear: I have been going to Atlanta airport on business & pleasure for over 35 years, parking in almost every lot. I have experienced ticket problems a few times but they were always handled with a smile. This is the first time I had to pay twice. As I tell this story to friends, they have also had problems at Wally Park
