Two things - I needed a replacement for a mis-heating XS and after a couple emails and photos explaining the problem I was quickly issued a replacement that I received within a week. Nice! I also treated myself to a Switch 2 for 710 and can't believe the quality and smoothness of performance at low middle AND high temps. Really nicely customer service done with quality products. As a fairly new-to-rosin user I'm thrilled with Dabber vapes and would recommend the Switch 2. The ascent setting with long session time is my favorite, those terps are fully expressed at low temps and the Switch induction heating has been irritation- and cough-free. Amazing!
