Terrible consumer support
Terrible consumer support, switch go was sold to me despite the flaws the companies knows about it, do not buy, stay with puffco. Response to Dr.Dabber Below You would also be a bit upset, if a claimed buisness sold a model with multiple levels of flaws and its also a 300 plus dollar product. I did not harass you, I was upset at your response, if you would love for me to post a video thus providing more evidence for all of my claims "Overheating device, batterie dies super quick, needs to be stayed plugged into usbc, leakeage into the innerworkings of the device" these are just the start of your problems" Yes, I am a tad bit upset, I should of just saved my 300 dollars, I would love to have someone buy this thing off of me for a discounted price if they believe i am lying here. You have Zero tolerance for customers being upset at you, i get that, wanna silence us, sure, I have zero tolerance for businesses screwing over people when they know there is a product for 150 dollars that works quite better/same.
