Does not support Microsoft Windows Server OS!
I purchased IPVanish specifically for a research project that required VPN testing on a Windows Server environment. After subscribing, I discovered that IPVanish does not support Windows Server operating systems. I spent considerable time troubleshooting and working with their support team before they confirmed that only Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported. The disappointing part was that this limitation was not clearly disclosed before purchase. Because of this, I was unable to use the service for its intended purpose. When I requested a refund, I was informed that monthly subscriptions are not covered under their money-back guarantee, despite the fact that the service could not be used due to a platform compatibility limitation. Support representatives were polite and responsive, but the overall experience was frustrating. I would strongly recommend that IPVanish clearly disclose the lack of Windows Server support on their website and during the purchase process to help customers avoid similar issues.
