The RV owner cancelled less than 10 days before the trip with a lame excuse. If I, the renter did that it would have meant I would have lost 100% of my money. The owner of the RV had no repercussions. And I had to scramble to find a new RV to rent and wound up having to spend $2000 more. When I told Outdoorsy about the cancellation, they were useless. They didn't help finding an RV, they simply asked how I would like my refund. I asked if the owner would be taken down from the site and the answer was something along the lines of, we'll pass this on to someone (i.e nothing will be done) I would never use this website again and they have horrible policies for those that are renting.
