No delivery or refund
Ordered from hismile, Amazon was to deliver the parcel. Amazon emailed to say was an unexpected issue and couldn't deliver. Emailed hismile and took over a week to hear back. This was May and never had a refund. Reported to my bank, hismile said can't refund me as I have went through my bank. Hismile has redelivered my order although I have asked for a refund. I have now been asked to return the order for a refund. Customer service is shocking, takes days for a reply and someone different replies each time. Disgrace
