We have three large dogs covered by Spot. Generally the claims are finalized rapidly, a few times we had to wait two weeks. I have had a couple of claims denied as not eligible where the Vet had me purchase over the counter medicine as it was cheaper for me and when submitted they were not approved despite documentation. Not covering pre-existing conditions is discouraging but it was clear before we enrolled. We have both wellness and medical so our monthly premiums are substantial but with the cost of good care, we cannot be without insurance. Overall, I am satisfied.

The owner Kevin Schlenker is a horrible man
I was very interested in some of the speakers that Skar offers until I found out what the owner of this company did to a young boy who was fishing off a bridge in the neighborhood where (owner) Kevin Schlenker lives. He took the boy's fishing pole and tackle box and threw it in the water where the boy couldn't retrieve it. He berated the child and his friend who were doing nothing wrong. This type of behavior is reprehensible and I will never support a company owned by such a horrible person.
