The tour director was excellent- so knowledgeable and approachable. The excursions and tours were all very good; local guides were phenomenal. I appreciated that the food was authentic. The only negative aspect was the bus travel to Charlotte. We were supposed to fly out of our local airport (TRI) but the accommodation changed. This should have been in the itinerary from the beginning. The hotels and cruise were very nice. No complaints at all.
