Purchased a small solid gold pendant…
Purchased a small solid gold pendant with my wife's initial (A) on it She has many fine gold chains she can use so did not order the chain. The bail on the pendant was so tiny tat none of her chains would fit through it. Their support said it was specifically made for their chain and I could buy one or get a credit or exchange. It would have been nice to know at time of purchase that the chain was reqiuired! My wife is taking it to our local jeweller to have bale cut off and a larger one installed. NOT great customer service! Update: received an e-mail telling me if I put a larger bale on the pendant they will void my warranty!
