The actual watch I'd ordered had a defect that Chrono24 deemed unacceptable when they did their final checks and so they replaced the used watch I had ordered with a brand new one! TBH I suspected a scam but no, they were true to their word and a new watch arrived. I'm amazed and obviously very happy. Great stuff.
