This company is a scam and so shady!!! I have never experienced customer service this poor. I have spent a week trying to resolve an issue with McLuck, and all I have received are the same copy-and-paste responses claiming they are “working on my request.” Nothing has been resolved. No meaningful updates. No accountability. Just endless delays. I’ve been given conflicting information by multiple representatives. One person tells me everything is fixed, another says the issue is still under investigation, yet I still cannot access what I’m supposed to. Every response feels like an automated template designed to delay rather than help. To make matters worse, I found multiple charges on my account that I do not recognize. Instead of taking immediate action, McLuck has continued to stall while my concerns have gone unanswered. At this point, I have lost all confidence in this company. I have filed complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection agencies. If you are considering depositing money with McLuck, I strongly encourage you to research other customers’ experiences before doing so. I wish I had! Updating… McLuck has responded to this review, claiming to offer assistance, but their response is completely inadequate. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for over a week now, and they’ve only sent me the same automated email response: “We’re following up on your recent query. “ We’re following up on your recent query. While we initially expected to respond within the short time frame, our team is currently experiencing a higher volume of requests, which has led to a delay in getting back to you. Please rest assured that we’re actively working on your case, and we’ll respond at the earliest possible convenience. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.” I’ll be hiring an attorney on Monday to get a refund for all charges, whether authorized or not! Please contact me directly instead of responding to a review to appear like you’re trying to rectify the situation for everyone else.
