I stopped the medication after 4 days as I was nauseous and proceeded to CANCEL my subscription. This was in June 2026. However, they have ignored the cancellation and sent me another month's supply and charged my account for $149 + $119 (charge I don't know what its for) - I have written several emails to customer service - no reply. I had to cancel my credit card today and - REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I do not receive a refund, I will proceed to send a complaint to the BBB
