Refund please
I payed the extra $15 for the faster service. I was not helped out with the prescription for 6 hours later. I ended up going to the hospital for care. I did not care for the service. I called to receive a refund and the lady said someone from 24 hr doctor would reach out to me via email Monday. I have not received any email. I also messaged on the sight saying I would like a refund and I have not heard anything back.
