Kendra was the sweetest engagement…
Kendra was the sweetest engagement specialist that was kind to me. Of course, this goes out to all your Americor staff. Just like I verbalized to her on the phone that I appreciated her goodwill and understanding of my situation, It is not easy working in the customer service area. But she made me feel comfortable and she listened to my needs. I want to send her lots of kudos.....
