Well Designed
The course was well designed and the platform was extremely friendly. The information wasn’t boring and it definitely was a great way to review important content and topics.

Pretty easy and straight forward
Pretty easy and straight forward. I think getting a warranty on electronics is important. You may not need it, but if you do, you made a great decision to get it. Well worth it.
Super easy to navigate
Super easy to navigate and the results are incredibly fast. The platform is intuitive as well. The only thing that can be improved is knowing before starting the return how much the fee for processing will be. My return was free, which is why I offered to complete my mom's for her, but hers had a fee attached. I only found out after completing all the work. That is why I deducted one star - I was hoping to surprise my mom with a free, easy return.
