Uphold’s Customer Service
Uphold will flag even the most transparent transactions between your own wallet regardless of how much proof you are willing to provide. I have a ticket #7194105 that has been repeatedly answered with bot responses and my transaction was rejected, which would have been fine if it ended there. My account is now currently under review and frozen while being asked no provide no additional information. I have provided proof that this was a transaction between my own wallets. If this does not get resolved my next course of action is to begin filing formal complaints. I would not put your money in this company’s hands until they can figure out better ways to resolve tickets with more communication.
