Excellent / helpful customer service
I've just found that (1) telephone wait times are minimal, (2) the people I speak with on the phone somehow manage to be both (a) personable / friendly, yet (b) professional and knowledgeable. These characteristics..., I don't take them for granted. I mean, they are more often not the case than they are the case.
