Good loan and rate just a poor customer service experience.
Overall it was a good experience. My only rough spot was when my initial loan sales associate left me hanging at Staples when he said he would speak to the Staples print center employee when I arrived so he could send her the loan paperwork to print...my smart phone is my only computer with no printer at home so he was going to speak to Staples in order to send them the documents directly for printing on site. I phoned him when I arrived at Staples as he stated to do and he was nowhere to he found...did not respond to my call or text for the remainder of the day. I was able to utilize their self print center and printed all documents but pretty bad to advise me to call him upon arrival, yet never respond. Other than that a good experience.
