Was good until it wasn't.
I'd love to give Swagbucks a higher scoring review but I find myself no longer being able to use my account. The simple task of updating an email address seems to be like breaking into Fort Knox despite the three support tickets I've logged. With my PayPal linked to my current email address and my old address no longer existing, I am now unable to cash out. For some asenine reason, the website gives you the option to attempt to update your email but will not allow it no matter how much you try. I held out for a considerable amount of time to receive a response from Swagbucks before I wrote a review but unfortunately I've had no communication from them. I'm more than happy to change my review if the issue is resolved, however, I seem to be hitting a brick wall.
