Took my money but never sent my contacts. When I called back they stated they needed a different prescription and had sent emails to me requesting the prescription for contacts. The only email I received was that my contacts had been ordered. Nothing else. When I called to see what the problem was they told me they could call my doctor to verify. Now I am over a week out from the day I ordered and waiting on them to authorize. To me, they should have contacted my doctor earlier and sent me correspondence to let me know. Now I am at the mercy of Opticontacts. I would not recommend this company. Go through 1-800-contacts or something similar because they authorize directly instead of waiting on someone to call and complain before contacting the doctor. Never again.
