Edit- it's been a few weeks now and I regret to say I rushed my review about answer Amber Student and Mamta. It's been weeks since any of my concerns have been addressed, whatever she clarified at the beginning was extremely basic stuff and now when I have actual legitimate concerns there is no clarification, no solution, delayed response despite my repeated texts and no communication between the amber agent and the management of the place I'd booked. It's gone to the point where I'm fed up and requesting a cancellation cz I can't trust them to actually communicate or assist in any way. To sign a years contract with them when they can't address it respond to a single thing with a proper answer or solution has made me want to cancel and stay away from them. The review below this was my initial one after she politely asked me to rate them well. ........... I was assisted by Mamta from Amber Student. She was extremely helpful in clarifying any doubts I had and making the process easier for me. Every aspect was communicated well and it was easy to approach her with my areas of concern.
